Here are the changelogs for the recent updates this month.
Update 0.3.16
UX:
- After an Exchange, if you haven’t fulfilled the required step loss before going to next phase, the ensuing warning message will remind you how to do.
- Added tooltips on unit stacks during the following segments: target declaration, counterblow declaration, attacking units allocation.
AI:
- Endless loop on some case of nearby targets and counterblows.
Update 0.3.15
Bug fix:
- Reinforcement could arrive in sea hexes or in Finland.
Campaign & Barbarossa:
- Fortified soviet units have been removed from turn 5 reinforcement. They will come with an optional extension.
AI:
- Could declare attacks impossible to fulfil.
- Better advance after combat
Update 0.3.14
Balance:
- Card draw and luck was going in the wrong side direction.
- Could set any balance after leaving a scenario or inspecting its balancing.
AI:
- Lock case when assigning attackers.
Miscellaneous:
- Reaction after enemy movement phase. They should be a warning only if you haven’t moved anything while some of units could move.
Update 0.3.13
AI:
- Lock case with a lone defender facing 2 counterblow stacks.
Advance after Combat:
- You may move hex by hex if you want to.
- When passing by a city, the control icon changes immediately.
That city may be used for supply which avoids a temporary black triangle on the counter.
Cards
- A card cannot be played twice in a turn.
However, some mandatory cards are reshaping the deck and may be drawn again the same turn.
So mandatory cards may be played more than once a turn.
Such deck-reshuffling cards will stay into the discard pile after reshuffle..
UI:
- Attacking unit could be displayed in the defender side in the land battle event log
- Do not highlight the hand button of the AI when there is a playable event.
Update 0.3.12
AI:
- Could be crippled during assignation of attackers due to last updates.
- Commit reserve units to reinforce existing battles.
Update 0.3.11
AI :
- AI was sometimes declaring attacks it couldn’t fulfil, thus ending in an infinite loop.
- Slight improvement on land move.
- Solved clumsy overstacking during attacks.
- Lack of aggressivness (attacks were penalised by overstacking).
Retreat UX:
- No more click on Retreat button. Move eligible units by drag and drop like during land movement (green stripes on counters).
Cards
- A card was not translated in French.
- Guderian’s first name was misspelled.
Units:
- Panzer SS and Grenadier SS special abilities are summarized on a right-click.
Update 0.3.10
UX:
- The game won’t let declare targets you couldn’t finally attack by at leas tone unit each (and be blocked afterwards).
- You may target an enemy stack by double-click. This leave you the singe click to inspect the stack without selection. Idem for counterblows.
Rules:
- Added a not in rules that clicking on the turn number on top open the Calendar view. There was already a tooltip and it was mentioned int he tutorial.
